APPLICATION QUESTIONS
What is your application fee?
$75 for the first two applicants (18 years or older) and $25 for each additional applicant
What is the security deposit?
$200 for resident owned & $300 for rental standard approval
Who do I make checks payable to?

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our pet fee is $300 per pet plus an additional $25/month per pet. Service and support animals that are medically necessary for the person to use and enjoy the apartment have pet fees waived.

Is there a washer and dryer in each home?
Rental homes have a full-size washer and dryer.

Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can create a resident account and set up one-time and recurring payments.
Is there a fee to use amenities?
There is no fee for amenities on site at The Village at Greenfield. Yearly memberships are available to purchase for use of the indoor/outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts at Greenfield Estates across the street.
